Collect recyclable trash to get points, for which you can use to buy bins.
If you collect nonrecyclable trash you will lose hearts.
Keep in mind if you dont save your game your progress will be lost.
Be pacient as the ads take a while to load and if you leave the inventory before it loads you will lose your reward.
